It does sound like you're looking for an ARB, but I would second the suggestion for looking at a Don bumper. I've been very impressed with mine and it was a breeze to install. I've beat the P!$$ out of it and nothing's happened but paint-scratches. Cheaper than an ARB too. It also has a superb approach-angle and is winch-ready.
