I'm looking for a snow tire combo for a 2000 4runner. Stock suspension, 5 spd.

Is there an advantage to a 17 inch rim?

Looking for something good in snow and ices (obviously) I've heard good things about the Bridgestone DMZ2 (I think) tire.

I've run the BFG KOs year round and they are ok but they have over a 100,oookm on them so getting worn

Suggestions?
