Need a Spot

Hi all have a 91 4runner and the amber light on the very right hand side continually pops up. im not sure if its an engine check or transmission check. tried looking in the manual ut it doesn't show or explain the light.

ive recently changed the oil filter, new oil, flushed the radiator and topped all other fluids. any idea on what could be the prob??
