Good work on the install. Even with that small voltage increase, you should see about 10% more light and better bulb life. If you go with a higher wattage bulb, the voltage difference will increase. And if instaling the relays saves you from having to tear apart the steering column to clean or replace the headlight/combo switch, you are already ahead on time!
