There is a trick to finding unusual parts. It is a new trick and I think I invented it. Here it is, DO IT!

Get on eBay and everyone that has a jeep part for sale send them ALL the same question.. You can copy and past it from one mailing to the next..
Say: I have lost the small brackets that hold the back window up when it is open.. Do you have them or know someone that might?

Or something near that. Keep it short! It will surprise you how many replies you get! ONE of these guys will have a wrecked top that is useless and the brackets will still be there.. I betcha you can find them thataway..

Don't feel too bad about what you did. We all do silly things once in a while. Once while cleaning shop I threw away a small cardboard box containing main caps.. A few weeks later I went to work on a block and discovered it had no caps on it... Slowly it came back to me that I had purchased that particular block with the caps in a cardboard box...
