You are probably going to need a small body lift to clear the headers off the passenger side floor board (unless you opt for some heat shielding like others have done). I put my motor back in with very little effort and then bolted the headers up it wasn't that bad really? Honestly I don't think you can get the headers past the frame rails while installed on the motor.
