Just curious, what are you doing that you
need the engine at TDC?

Any service that requires the crank to be at TDC, with
the exception of pulling and reinstalling the distributor is
going to require the fan shroud and fan be off anyways.

There's either 4 nuts or 3 bolts and a nut that holds the fan on. Pull the fan off along with the shroud and you'll have a nice wide open area to turn the engine over with
a breaker bar and a socket.

You can also go in from the bottom side with a short handled
socket wrench.
