this sounds very similar to my thread:
more cooling problems..... '89 Trooper 2.6L

Mine seems to be backing up the radiator into the overflow container. Pressure test turned out normal, like you. I just got a leakdown guage, but haven't performed the test yet which should be able to isolate a head gasket problem if thats really what it is.
