Did your mikuni crack or your old weber?

plug em all up. there's only one vacuum line you need with the Weber - the vacuum advance.
the rest of them are useless without the mikuni. just make sure you dont have any vacuum ports unplugged on the intake manifold and you should be good.

Yeah, the mikuni cracked and left me stranded so I am trying to swap in the weber. I got it bolted on and the linkage in place but not sure which vacuum to connect and how to route the fuel into it. I am trying to match the pix from the donor but not detailed enough.

assuming by electrical you mean the electric choke? i think you can take a +12v lead off the coil that is only on when the ignition is on. Make sure you check the voltage and get the right one. the only other vacuum line goes from the carb to the vacuum advance on top of the distributor.
fuel should be pretty easy. Unless you took the fuel pump off, just connect the line you have hanging to the Weber.

Didnt switch out fuel pump. Isnt there two lines that come out of it. Need to go look at the manual that my Dad has. Wish I was home, mine are better.
Let me check the voltage and get it hooked up.
Also curious to see your intake setup, gonna need to get (make) something better.
I appreciate the help. I gotta get home by Wednesday, start new job.

you're kind of on your own for an air cleaner setup. you can use the air filter that comes with the 38 or you can make something from junk yard parts. Take a look at these plenums: Weber plenums from carbs.net

I'd recommend swapping the electric choke for a manual one. You can modify a manual choke kit from any parts store to work.
You will only need to hook up the supply line to the carb. I would also recommend removing the old mechanical and blocking off the hole. Replace it with an electric pump, you'll be much happier. Trust me .

I'll second the recommendation on the manual choke and the electric fuel pump.
