Top of the third column, left click "Image", enter image location (must be hosted on the web somewhere, try photobucket.com if you don't have anywhere ATM) push "OK".

Photo bucket also has it preformatted for your individual photos, just cut/paste the relevant code into text box (its the one with the square brackets around IMG - can't show you exactly without getting this system in a knot).
