as for the noise when turning the wheels to full lock, that's your steering stops. there's 2 on each wheel, from the factory they had cheesy plastic caps that fell off on them. take a little grease and smear some on each of the stops and where they contact the knuckle, problem solved <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
