Deffinitly sounds like a camber/caster pull. You just had the steering rod replaced by the dealer on recall. They probly just set toe especially if they didnt charge for it. On another note you can have a truck in spec and pull hard if everything is barely in spec.

Get the ft end checked and aligned.
