I guess the one concern is a short if you get into an accident.

A bumper, winch, and pair of batteries would be a heck of a lot of weight up front, I'd think. You'd certainly have some serious momentum for the battering ram effect.

It's like we always say, "what's the rig going to be used for?" I would hazzard to guess that this one would fare far better in overlander mode cruising the Outback than many others' setup.

When I decide to add another battery, I am thinking of stealing a battery box from a junked trail blazer. Since their batterys are under the rear pass seats, most models they have cool plastic cases. Really cool for those looking to balance out thier rigs. (as you can see in my sig I have TB floormats that fit extremly well)

Maybe it is just the shot, but those don't look like 37's.

I looked at the rest of his pics. He does say the pic that is posted above has the 33s on it. He has a couple close up pics of the 37 but they are to close to tell what it looks like.

Yup, I threw up the wrong pic. Here's the right one...

The 37's are running on 17" rims so it does throw off the perspective a bit. With the shiny rim's it's probably a posseur rig. Plus a measly 3.0 with stock gears turning 37's has got to be pretty slow.
