For any type of wheeling, besides wide open fields, that exhaust is not "the best" solution. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

It probably impresses people at the mall though.

At least he can drive his to the mall <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" />

Yeah, you're right.....that is a monster off road truck. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

It does "look" good though.

Two MRI's and a CAT scan....it's confirmed. I'm just not right in the head.

Why would I want to go to a mall???? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

It's just old people shopping, and teenagers hanging out.

I certainly would have no reason to take a 4x4 there, unless it was built for that. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" />

Did anyone else hear that the Liberty CRD will on longer be available in the US? Just the diesel though. The gas one still will be available.

I like hanging out with old and young people - I dont discriminate <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" />

Pay no attention RRod. Lee is making a case for trailer queens and coming up short. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />

Lee, If you really do need to go somewhere I'm sure someone here will put aside their differences and give you a ride. Afterall we are the best <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the offer of a ride! Some day I may need it.

But no, I'm not making a case for trailer queens. I'm just stating that in my opinion, that exhaust is not good for many types of wheeling (which I am sure is already obvious to most). And it just may be that my type of wheeling (rocks, tight trails, rocks, and more rocks) is quite different that what most here do?
In open spaces and deep water, that may be OK.
It sure looks......unique. And that may be the appeal for some people. But for me, function is much more important than looks.
So no, doesn't have to be a trailer queen......just a functional, multi-purpose 4x4 to make me happy.

And, as most of you have already figured out.....I don't particularly like that exhaust set-up. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

But just in case I do need a ride (to the mall or whatever), it's nice to know I can count on you folks. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Shoot yeah I'd give you a ride...someone to argue with, AND someone to help fix the truck if/when it breaks down. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I'd have to agree. I think it looks cool and I'm sure it's functional to a point. But in the wheeling I do it would, without a doubt, get ripped off the vehicle fairly soon.

I've wanted to do something of a similar nature, but not protruding out the side. With the door in the back, running the exhaust out the back doesn't seem to be much of an option. Sure, there's a small section where it could be ran at the back-right corner, but then that would interfere with visibility of the tail light.

I'll figure something out. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />
