I would expect it would be "easy" to retime the engine since there should be timing marks on the block and the pulleys.

Also, I believe the 3.5DOHC engine is in the online FSM's on that russian site if you haven't pulled it down yet.

Do it your self bud. I know there's some real talent down south with guys like KevinC, JasonA, etc rebuilding, fabricating, and so on. I'm not going to volunteer anyone's help but perhaps someone can do it for you in trade or for something or for a bit of cash.

Either way, I hope you can get it fixed versus selling it or having to pay massive $$$$ for a dealership to do it.
