The 12,000/16,000lb figures are the clamping force. The 16,000lb clutch will be far more "grabby" then the 12,000 resulting in an ON/OFF feeling as was mentioned. That means that it will be difficult to slip the clutch intentionally (not good if you wheel at all). It is not needed unless you are running higher horsepower or are drag racing for the most part.

IMHO a ceramic clutch isn't needed in a Toyota and you would be wasting your money.
