I had plenty of lift on the floor jack I used with the adapter to reach mine, maybe 4" suspension + 2" drivetrain lift on 33s. Had to jack up the side of the truck to get clearance for the t-cases sitting atop the jack+adapter to clear. Would have been easier to drop the t-cases to the ground and slide them out if I had some assistance, but it worked OK lifting the side of the truck up.
