I had the relay rod done last week by Toyota. Lot's has been written about it. Now my steering dampener leaks. No sign of force from the reinstallation. OK, it's about 13 years old but I find it amazing that it now breaks after the @#$% dealer was at it. Normally I do all my work myself.
Since this truck sits idle all winter and is only used when pulling a trailer, I decided to go with a Rancho replacement instead of the $ 170.- from the dealer. Rancho is supposed to be a direct replacement.
Does anyone has one installed?
