My trooper's torque converter doesn't lock until the temp guage on the dash is right between hot and cold. Under normal acceleration it will lock up right a 50 MPH, but if the engine is not warmed up it doesn't lock up and kills my MPG. Being in wisconsin it takes a while to warm up too. Anyone have this problem? It has done this since I've had it (1.5 years). Tranny fluid and filter changed this fall.
