I keep a HUGE hardended steel padlock on my clutch pedal. Bought it from a Clatsop County wherehouse sale. I think they were forest service gate locks or something, weigh a few pounds each. Bullet proof and have odd shaped cylinder keys.
It's a mechanical backup to the silent pager alarm and fuel pump cutoff switch.
Thieves can get through anything given enough time but this will definitly slow them down.
I better not ever catch them in the act. I'd get to see a thief try and pick up teeth with broken fingers. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />
