Yes those kits fit a T100, and yes I think ABS would still work.


And a bigger master does NOT mean stronger brakes. In fact, if you left everything else the same and only changed to a bigger master, your would LOSE braking power.

The master is only a piece of the system, and its size is matched to the other parts of the system (caliper piston size, pedal leverage ratio, rotor diameter, etc.).

Yes, a Tundra uses a smaller diameter master cylinder (and a smaller brake booster too!), but a lot of other stuff is different as well. You couldn't say which vehicle has stronger/better brakes without a whole lot more information.

FWIW, I was considering downsizing the MC in my T100 from 1" to 15/16" for increased braking power to make up for the increased tire size/weight. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />
(never got around to it though)
