Maybe Randy's started it all by assembling kits that include gearsets from the better manufacturers, but not from any particular maker. Then other sellers bought into the idea and chipped in to make a powerful gear seller's club.

I took a very close look at their catalog, available at http://www.yukongear.com, and do not find any address or location information. Lots of good gear tech info though.

Yukons may be very good, but they can't be the best manufacturer because Yukon is not a manufacturer. Yukons are a repackage of all the better makes including Precision Gear, US Gear, Superior, Motive, and who knows what else. You may someday find a Genuine Gear in a Yukon package!

Anyway, everyone seems to have good experiences with Yukons.
