Trick you? Why would we trick you? However, I did have a great aunt who used to sell kudzu plants to northern tourists. Called them "century plants". You had to wait up late at night for several weeks in Nov-Dec to see "the most fantastic bloom you've ever seen! Some say it actually glows in the dark. only lasts about 30 minutes, 45 if you're lucky". Some came back year after year because they "missed it again" last winter...
