2000 Rodeo wipers....help

Getting the Wheeling Fever

I know this isn't 4 x 4 related, but my wipers do not return to their resting position when you turn them off, and the intermittant function also quit working...
Would this be the wiper motor/controller, or is there a relay that I need to replace?
Anyone had this problem?
