I Wanna build up a pre-runner 2WD truck. Any body parts out there yet?

Appreciate any input with this build. I'll post pics after I pickup the donor truck.... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

I think Daniel was thinking about doing some fiberglass fenders at one point but I don't think they ever materialized.

I know he did make a set or two of flares for first gen Troopers.

I'm guessing you are on your own on this one.

I've seen some for an early model Ford Ranger that you might be able to make work.

Daniel did produce a set for his Trooper... and he's still got the molds. However, IIRC, it would require a pre-order of about 5 sets to make it worth his while to do another "production run".

Awhile back I tried to make a crude mold using expanding foam and plaster of paris. The end result appeared as if I had done exactly what I did, simply put, it looked poopy. I have been barking up this tree for along time. Our only hope is if we get a small group order.
Here are some shops dedicated to making fenders

http://www.flared-fenders.com
http://www.hannemannfiberglass.com
http://www.perrysfabnfiber.com/
Awhile back I talked to a fiberglass shop and they said they could make a mold if I sent in my fenders, and if I remember correctly the cost wasn't super high. The only problem is finding enough people with the same fenders to do it.

I would be interested in a set.... Would it be for the rear too?

Getting the Wheeling Fever
The fenders on the 1st generation Amigos have a more aggressive flare that look prerunner-ish. The front fenders are direct replacements for the fenders on the Rodeos and Pickups, just be sure to get both the inner and outer fenders.

I picked up a right-side Amigo fender for the swap on my Pickup and am currently looking for the left fender.

I'll settle for some Amigo fenders myself. Just thought someone had fabbed up something already.

Thanks for the input!
