I have never driven the vehicle and know nothing @ Trooper xcept I always liked the look. I pull a 2500 lb. utility trailer (stump grinder) about 70 miles every workday. Will it do the job? Have been using a Bronco 302 which does great, but it's a rust bucket and must be sold. Any info will be appreciated. Will be asking lots of questions such as " when does gen 2 start". Thanks, litnin! Forgot to say that it's an automatic, which is better for towing I guess. I have a brake controller. BTW, does the engine come from GM? Invaluable mods that could indubitably prolong the life of your truck. It comes indirectly from GM, via Strasboug, France. It is built at a GM plant, but not used in mainstream GM vehicles. It does show up in BMW Z3's and Caddy Catera's, though.
