I did a search and found no results. Has anyone with the 05/06 or any newer model year Tacoma had problems with the brightness of their headlights? The reason i ask is that while driving at nights i have people who flash their high beams on and off at me while we approach one another. People must think my high beams are on and are trying to tell me by flashing their high beams at me, so in return i do a brief on/off with my high beams to show them i am driving with my low beams on. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to correct this with out having to go to a stealership. I have changed my headlight bulbs to ones with the blue tint to them, thinking this would help on the eyes of passing motorists. Any and all help is appreciated.
Chris

At the back of the headlight assembly(lift the hood) you should see some adjustment knobs, you may need a small spanner to adjust them, drive your vehicle up to a wall, square on and about 10 feet away at night, now just adjust the lights down so that thay are about 3-4 inches lower than where they are aimed now, then see how you go with oncoming cars, also those blue light bulbs, hopeless in the wet at night, you'll think you have no lights on
