At the back of the headlight assembly(lift the hood) you should see some adjustment knobs, you may need a small spanner to adjust them, drive your vehicle up to a wall, square on and about 10 feet away at night, now just adjust the lights down so that they are about 3-4 inches lower than where they are aimed now, then see how you go with oncoming cars, also those blue light bulbs, hopeless in the wet at night, you'll think you have no lights on

Thanks Kev, I did like you suggested. I did adjust the headlights down. Wasn't difficult at all. Yes the bulbs with the blue tint to them are bad in the rain at night. I thought it was just my eyes. I will use these blue tinted bulbs until they burn out then put my originals back in, if i don't change them before that. Thanks for your help.
