look at this link and some of the other related links on my site. When re-installing the new case into the carrier( http://gearinstalls.com/bearing.htm see bottom of page for pictorial)

....basically, make sure to slam the case right up against the ring gear such that there is no "wiggle play" or backlash......when you screw the 'ring gear side adjuster' in by finger it will line up.....done with that side.

I'd say send it to me but it's too costly to do that.
