I fully intend to stay with my 4.0. I'll put another one in when this one dies sometime in the distant future. I think it's hard to beat an inline six for most of the wheeling I do.
I was just curious to know what the numbers were. So many people seem to be doing V8 swaps into YJ's that I was curious to the real versus supposed advantages, such a swap conveys. What will a V8 swap do for you that a gear swap won't? Is it like my coworker (an old bonneville racer) says? "Putting a 350 in a jeep just lets you have a jeep that goes WAY too fast."
