It's a 2003. The bike category is now known as a "standard" or a "naked bike," and the riding position is more or less sitting straight up, rather than crouching forward like on a regular crotch bike. I'll also take on any stock Harley in top-gear roll-on acceleration (see ya) and the suspension is infinitely more adjustable/comfortable than anything Milwaukee has ever made. It's only as scary as you make it; I suppose one could ride that bike for years without ever knowing what it's truly capable of doing as it's very tractable and progressive in the power band - unless you put the hammer down.
