i seen somthing about converting a prerunner to a 4 wheel drive some where posiibly ttora and it didnt seem very hard they had to put in a new transmissin and tranfer case then the front diffirential and cv shafts bolt in and new driveshafts, and wiring the ADD.iam sure thers lots of other little things to do but its ben done
