A good friend of mine did the IFS 4x4 swap on his Tacoma about a year and a half ago. Hasnt had any problems and it was his daily driver for awhile. He just bought an 06 Taco though so it has become his designated trail rig now. He did the whole thing himself in his garage I think and he told me it was pretty easy seeing as how its almost all bolt on. The only thing I remember him having to cut was a hole in the floor to put in the 4wd selector stick. Dont get me wrong, you're going to need some knowledge and a good amount of wrench time to do this. There was a guy on this forum, Mechanic58 that had done this swap. Look around and see if you can find him or any of his posts about it because I havent seen him on here for awhile. Good luck <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
