the hard line section at the gear box may be available if it is the same fitting as the low pressure side. carrol showed me that this part is available. but the hose connection to this hard line would need to be custom. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

the hard line at the pump end has a banjo connection with a side tap for some vacuum/engine rpm feedback. this hard line section is obviously not available, and i have not found any PS hose/connector company which offers this piece. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

the used parts yards don't deal with power steering hose assemblies, just pumps, racks, etc.

i did find a pic of a possible solution, but my mig welder won't suffice for this i don't think. i'd have to find a welder with a TIG. this guy TIG welded an AN fitting onto his high pressure line. this is a great solution, assuming one is a skilled TIG welder. i was going to do something similar by flaring (metric bubble on the 10 mm line), but i have not been able to find a bubble to AN adaptor.

any ideas?
