I have had the fan stick on ones or twice (blew out the relay with some air fixed it) My question is does the alternator spin slower now with the removal of the center pulley? or is it just my alternator not coping well with the new load? at idle the dash gauge seems a bit low.
It does not spin slower; it is being run by the same pulley on the engine crank. Electric put more load on the electrical system and the alternator is only a 60 amp at the most if it is stock.
