Man That's a long steep haul for a little truck.. I blew up my 22RET pulling by boat over Wolf Creak pass here in Colorado..

What part of Colorado are you moving to?? No matter what there are some steep passes coming from Cali and most are about 10000' above sea level.. I guess you could come in from Albuquerque way and that would help a little..

Don't forget that you GVWR is the combined weight of your TRUCK and CARGO and is different from towing capacity.. I'm assuming your gonna have your truck bed loaded too?!?!? If you have over size tires that's gonna kill you on hp!!
