Getting the Wheeling Fever

i hate to beat a dead horse but coulnt find anything about this when i searched.
i was wondering if it is worth it to get say an EB RV cam if i dont want to upgrade the exaust the main thing is that i enjoy how quiet my truck is now.
another concerne is gas milage what kinda gas milage are you getting with a mild cam?
i want to know if its worth the upgrade im not expecting miricals but a little extra juice would be nice
