For those who have to know now, we are staying at Red Ridge:
Red Ridge Camp Ground (570) 384-4760
Tell them you are with the East Coast 4Runner Jamboree, or the Toyota group. $10/night per person, we'll all be together. Showers, toilets, amenities, 15 mins from Paragon.
More to follow..............

I am really hoping to make it up there this summer, but I'm just not sure. I may be spending the summer in Maryland, and if so, I should be there no problem. Will there be a problem if I don't know for the next couple months?
And, I definitely want to camp out!

People can make campground reservations any time up until the event, depending on availability of space. We should have dedicated room for about 100 trucks; there's more space on the grounds but it might not be with "us". Ryan, there are no "rooms" at Red Ridge, it's a campground. BYOR - bring yer own room.
I'm working on a hotel for the softies, <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> hope to have that info available next week.

Joe, have stayed there 2 times, decent place. And I think they give a 10% discount if you are going to Paragon. It's only about 5 miles from Paragon and about 1/4 from Rt. 81. Across the street is a Damon's and another hotel. WalMart is about 1 mile away. On my map the road is called Valmont Parkway or Rt. 93, it's the next exit North of Paragon.

And for arranging the Jamboree. I called the campground today. They can take our names but if you tell them you are with the 4Runner Jamboree you don't need to reserve. He said you have a space reserved for alot of trucks and for you to let him know if you need more space. We can check in when we get to the campground.

Thanks for the recommendation, Frank. I am waiting on a few other leads, but I'll call these guys and see what kind of deal they can cut us and compare to some others.

Pricing for the event hasn't been finalized yet. We'll announce it when we decide.
