If the CAT and the muffler are clogged then yeah, it could.

I'll give the cat a looksy tomorrow, depending on what the weather will do. It hit -6 this afternoon and is currently at -20!

When is it stumbling?

Well, I noticed that the stumbling didn't start until the exhaust fumes had starting flowing out of the tail pipe and all the other "exit holes" if that helps. It also stumbles (the worst) while driving down the road at about 60-65mph. It makes the truck shake. I HATE the way that feels.
