See if the EGR valve is sticking open, tap on it while idling rough and see if it clears up.
TPS IDLe setting could also cause a rough idle: http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/CheapTricks/TPS/index.shtml
http://www.sparkplugs.com/ has good prices on the Denso sensors if you think yours is bad.
