why should some guy in, say, indonesia, have to defend himself based on the actions of some guy in, say, syria?

remember, we are talking about tens of thousands of muslims out of a total world population of over a billion.

should you, as a chistian, have to defend yourself because of the actions of the "christian identity" movement...or militant serbs...or joseph kony and the lords resistance army...or eric rudolph...or the KKK...or even pat robertson?

should you have to proactively convince the rest of the world that these people do not represent your views and that you are not a terrorist just because they are?
