OOps, clicked on the wrong forum please move thanks

Just picked up a new cutting wheel (already destroyed my toyota tailgate with it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />) and I'm going to grab a sheet of aluminum diamond-plate. I want to fabricate some rockers, corners, a frame cover, and fender tops. The plan is to create a template, cut and trim. The question(s) are:
What is the best way to attach this to the body..bolts, rivets??? And secondly, is thier a way to bend the plate at home to make the corners. I don't have any specailized tools for this. Any advice appreciated.
