I searched and searched, but couldn't really find anything relevant to the info I need.
I'm just wondering the exact amount of lift Pro Comp coil springs provide as I noticed Summit Racing has them for $76.95 If possible, I'd like to get an unloaded height for them as well; something else I haven't been able to find.
I have long side and short side FJ80 coils in the rear now and need to get rid of the long side. It's just too darn long for me. That and I have it on the passenger side, so there's only about a half inch between the control arm and the gas tank.
I haven't found anyone wanting to trade a coil with me and no one wants to sell me just a short side coil (even Christo @ Slee-who talked me into getting the Long and Short coils to begin with). So if I'm going to spend another $60 on coils, I figured I'd check out another option. Don't bother mentioning downey or other manufacturers as I'm looking for the cheapest lift possible Unless of course you have a used set of springs and spacers for sale
Does anyone know how the Pro Comps compare to FJ80s?
Any useful response is greatly appreciated- ESPECIALLY if you've run both springs at one point!
Thanks!
