One of the worst flaming posts i have ever seen hit this board came from someone wanting design schematics for lift components/bumpers. Im thinking the answer is going to be mainly "Take measurements, and design them yourself. The manufacturers spend many hours designing and producing their product, and it would be in vain to take that away from them for free".
