Yeah the first few bumpers that I've made were alittle over built. I even think that the ARB's are 1/8" with heavy gussets. If I ever make another second gen trooper rear bumper I might make it out of 1/8" with alot of gussets.


I've got another question for you trooper guys. How differnt are the rear frames on an 86 trooper vs, my 89 trooper? I know the frame were different, but how different rear frame areas??
