ok I've been searching for a bit longer and I haven't found anything on testing the cold start injector.
I doubt however that it even is the CSI because after cranking over and over for ever it finally begins to fire a bit and when it does it smells like it's been flooded.
Also on 4crawlers advice I tried the fuel pump jumper setup to see if that was it just to rule it out. No changes.
SO I dont think Fuel is the issue. Almost seems like it's not throwing a spark after a night of Freezing temps.
I did read a few posts about the coolant temp sensor giving false readings at lower tempratures.
I'd like to diagnose the problem before I start replacing things.

Anyone have sugestions.
