Yeah I'm pretty sure, I called them in january of 2001, so I suppose it was just shortly before you. they also called me a liar and said I must be one of the least knowlegable people they knew. When I really think about it, I may not have been the first one, they might have been just saying that b/c they didnt want to admit that they had a BIG problem.
