If you paid with a credit card, then file a complaint with the card company if they don't refund your money. In many cases, the card company refunds your money then requires the vendor to justify their action.

Good luck Calmini wont refund, they made me jump through hoops with pictures, and phone calls and paying for shipping. I finally let them off the hook.
I wish the Calmini owners were members of this board like indy and darlington. I have had horrible customer service issues with them, so has everyone else that has dealt with them. Is there not something we as a group can do about it. I hate to suggest a boycott, but we have new people on this board everyday asking about lift companies and I dont feel comfortable sending a fellow Zu owner to them.

I have had horrible customer service issues with them, so has everyone else that has dealt with them. Not everyone, I have had flawless service from them. Also you guys already do boycott them, I'm the only one that ever recommends Calmini and for good reason, they have an awesome product at an awesome price.

Please keep the discussion related to the topic of the thread.
This is not a good/bad critique of CALMINI.
Remember, we allow comments on vendors ONLY if you can relate some sort of direct experience that YOU had with them. No "I heard" or "He said" allowed.

Calmini makes a good product , I got their 3" lift kit , this was before I became aware of the board and that there were other options out there. My only critique about it was the price was a little high , and they didn't have any torsion bars , which were supposed to be in the kit , and they didn't lower the price a single penny. In my thinking , with no torsion bars included , which are usualy a couple of hundred bucks , they should have lowered the price accordingly , but I still had to pay full price as if the torsion bars were there.

I understand that some of you guys have had good experiences with your calmini products, but the products you talk about aren't/isn't the same product in discussion here. Some of their other pieces are really solid and nice, but we are talking about Upper Control Arms for Second Gen Troopers years '95 and up and as far as that piece goes it was very poorly researched and planned out. Their service on the other hand is horrible no matter what part you buy and that is speaking from multiple first hand experiences. From my point of view, calmini's thinking seemes to have been that our (Isuzu) group is expanding as far as people who want to modify their truck and they saw this as a $$$ market so they quickly designed and produced these products to make sure they didnt miss out and when you have a product come to the shelf so quicky, much less a complete lift kit, there leaves plenty of room for error to be made as is the case with these arms........

Are you sure you where the first one? They told me the exact same thing when I installed there arms on my 00 trooper (in the summer of 2001). At least they didnÆt call you a liar like they did me (when I told them they didnÆt fit). Yeah I'm pretty sure, I called them in january of 2001, so I suppose it was just shortly before you. they also called me a liar and said I must be one of the least knowlegable people they knew. When I really think about it, I may not have been the first one, they might have been just saying that b/c they didnt want to admit that they had a BIG problem. Either way they are liars and I think we can both agree on that part. Scott - I only saw control arms for 87-91 Troopers on Calmini's site. How did you get them for a 2000 Trooper? Has Calmini stopped listing them due to problems like yours? I'm wondering because I've ordered a Calmini 2" kit for my 98 Trooper and wasn't sure if I needed new control arms or not. I wish I'd gone with OME.
