Those Hella bulbs seem to last forever. I think I bought the Hella VisionPlus lamps I now have on my 4Runner about 10-15 years ago (they have been on 3 different vehicles over that time). At the time, I picked up a spare bulb and I still have that spare, never used it. The original bulbs were still going strong when I put in the 55/100s about 3 years ago.

Nice thing with the H4s is you can swap bulbs and it is easy to carry a spare if you need it.
