If you don't want that 2.8 just because it leaks a little I'll take it off your hands <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I recently rebuilt my power steering pump. When I fixed it, the hose went. Someone I was talking to about this guessed that once I fixed the pump, the pressure returned to normal, which was too much for my old hose. Moral of the story. Make sure you test your repairs to see if anything else goes, before putting things back together. I replaced the alternator right after I fixed the pump, before it leaked again as a result of my ps hose leaking. My alternator is shot again. I'm sort of afraid to fix my rear main for fear that the pressure in the engine will go up and screw something else up. Good luck.
